Gratitude

 

Many of us take the good things in life for granted. Or we don't realise what are the good things in life!

 

We have plenty of food, a nice house, a job , a family and no wars on our doorstep! We really need to heighten our awareness of how lucky we are since an attitude of gratitude is important for us to be able to feel joy in our lives.

 

Many researchers have found that those people with a high sense of gratitude are significantly more joyful and content with their lives than those who score low on gratitude assessments.
